Casablanca : A man stabs his girlfriend before committing suicide

On Saturday night in Casablanca, near McDonald's parking lot in Ain Diab, a man stabbed his girlfriend several times, before slitting his throat, committing suicide.

Reportedly, the young woman was severely injured in her chest and back and was transferred to Moulay Youssed hospital. The man succumbed to his injuries in the ambulance that was carrying him to the hospital.

Eyewitnesses described the scene as horrible on social media.

For the record, the reasons behind this crime are still unknown. An investigation was opened by the Casablanca police to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragedy.
