On the sidelines of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla met with his Moroccan counterpart Nasser Bourita. Cuban media spoke about this meeting but without giving much importance to it when compared to other talks the diplomat held in New York with other officials.

At the United Nations assembly, the Cuban Foreign Minister reiterated his country’s «unconditional solidarity» with the «Sahrawi people» and its «support for self-determination».

In New York, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla met Mohamed Salem Ould Salek, head of the Polisario delegation.
