The Moroccan authorities decided, Friday, to reopen borders with Ceuta and Melilla, allowing Spanish nationals stranded in Morocco to enter the Spanish territory after a travel ban was announced between the two Kingdoms.
«As reported by the Moroccan authorities, border crossings in Ceuta and Melilla will be reopened this afternoon (Friday) for Spanish tourists wishing to return to Spain», the Spanish embassy said in a tweet Friday afternoon. The embassy promised to give further information for those interested in the matter.
Según han informado las autoridades marroquíes, a partir de esta tarde estarán abiertos los pasos fronterizos por Ceuta y Melilla para aquellos turistas españoles que deseen regresar a España. Se irá dando información complementaria a medida que se consiga.

For the record, the governments of Morocco and Spain mutually agreed, Thursday, to suspend air and sea travel between the two countries in an attempt to avoid the spread of coronavirus. The authorities in both countries have also decided to close borders in Ceuta and Melilla, leaving behind several Spanish nationals stranded on the Moroccan territory.
