54.11.فَفَتَحْنَا أَبْوَابَ السَّمَاء بِمَاء مُّنْهَمِرٍ

54.11. Nous ouvrîmes alors les vannes du ciel à une pluie torrentielle,

54.11 . Then opened We the gates of heaven with pouring water

54.11. Fafatahna abwaba alssama-i bima-in munhamirin

54.12.وَفَجَّرْنَا الْأَرْضَ عُيُوناً فَالْتَقَى الْمَاء عَلَى أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ

54.12. de même que Nous fîmes jaillir des sources de la terre, au point que l'eau du ciel et celle de la terre se confondirent, suivant un arrêt fixé d'avance.

54.12 . And caused the earth to gush forth springs , so that the waters met for a predestined purpose .

54.12. Wafajjarna al-arda AAuyoonan failtaqa almao AAala amrin qad qudira

54.13.وَحَمَلْنَاهُ عَلَى ذَاتِ أَلْوَاحٍ وَدُسُرٍ

54.13. Et Nous sauvâmes Noé à bord de l'arche, faite de planches et de chevilles,

54.13 . And We carried him upon a thing of planks and nails ,

54.13. Wahamalnahu AAala thati alwahin wadusurin

54.14.تَجْرِي بِأَعْيُنِنَا جَزَاء لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ

54.14. qui vogua sous Notre garde, afin de récompenser celui qu'on avait renié.

54.14 . That ran ( upon the waters ) in Our sight , as a reward for him who was rejected .

54.14. Tajree bi-aAAyunina jazaan liman kana kufira

54.15.وَلَقَد تَّرَكْنَاهَا آيَةً فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ

54.15. Et Nous fîmes de cet épisode un signe mémorable. Seulement est-il quelqu'un pour y réfléchir?

54.15 . And verily We left it as a token ; but is there any that remembereth?

54.15. Walaqad taraknaha ayatan fahal min muddakirin
