Laroubi de Miricane insulte le Roi personnellement ,sa famille avec beaucoup de vulgarité et de haine .Cette attitude est bien sur en contradiction avec le first amendement.Si le droit d exprimer son opinion est bel et bien protège par cet amendement ,il accorde pas le droit d insulter, menacer ou de diffamer personne.
