Depends on the context. If you are trying to "locate" an order that you sent out or that you are expecting, then "order tracking" would be appropriate. You can also use Sweetlatifa's suggestion if you are following-up on an order, for instance if you are calling a client/business to check on something that has been ordered. It's nice to have the choice :-)
