Could you deliver this message for me please?
When this person is going to stop screaming ugly crapy disturbing and killing sound. I can't stand this person 'Najat a'tabo' and her crap and (tajhwaking) sound, when i hear this person i just close my ears and run away to safety. Moroccan music is the most ugliest and shitist music i ever heard in my life, countries around the world are developing modernizing and moving with time with their music only Morocco who is still behind and sill sticking to shity stinky filthy scary mind and soul disturbing shit. Thank you.

I hope and I know that a day will come, before I die, when I'll read one post from the berber where he sounds happy not angry, where he says something positive and not negative about something moroccan, and where the language is a bit softer too,

by the way the berber, just like you, I don't like like najat aatabou, but I have many friends who love her, and it's ok with me...it's only music after all...
salaam,

I respect your point of view yet what I dont understand is why do poele have to generelize when critisizing something cause It doesnt make sense to insult the whole countrie's art based on some "crappy" music that you don't like??/
I am not into that kind of music 2 yet Morocco has some very good traditional folkloric music that we all need to respect.
God Bless!!!

I don't like also Najat a'tabo but she doesn't disturb me as much as she saves money to the music's Industry.
You know that just two arbic singers have succeed in to sing and to fill the New York's opera: The great Ferdawss and Najat a'tabo (Laaroubiya)....
I hope that the berber's music could to enter in TV... all moroccans Know Abd alhadi belkhayat and Doukaly... But they are rares who know EL Haj Balaayd the bigst berber singers so the bigst moroccan singers...
God Bless You

azul fllawn/t aytma d istma,

Hi everybody,

You are right Mustapha_Caen, but Berber/Amazigh culture/language should enter entirely into the Moroccan Channels like RTM1, 2M etc...
So that it will get it's place in the media which it deserves.
Hope that this kind of discrimination will stop soon, and the first media projects initiated by IRCAM will develop positive to a visualisation of tamazight on Moroccan_TV

ar tayyad'

God Bless us all and tudrt i tamazight

The art you talked about is based on stupid brain. The brain that can't read or write or even behave in an acceptable way. Most people who like this scary shocky screaming woman are uneducated people take for example women; people from the villages and people who like to drink and dance. Don't be fooled when you hear somebody going to sing abroad, these singers when they are hired to go and sing for their community living abroad, they don't sing in a theater or in an opera, these places are very very expensive to hire, Moroccan community living abroad don't have the money to hire these places. For singing in the opera or theatre only top class western singers are allowed to sing in them. When Moroccan singers go to sing abroad for the moroccan they only go to small places such as a house, consulate, small hired hall or a hall given by the government of that country to the Moroccan community to celebrate something.
We should have a berber channel in Morocco, Algerian berber tv in France is a shit and corrupt channel, no one berber Moroccan should watch this channel:
- The language used on the channel is a mixture of berber and Arabic plus adding some french words to it. The berber language spoken in the channel has too many Arabic words, which means that their berber language is lost.
- Their songs are sang in an Arabic way using Arabic musical instruments. Where is the berber way? where is the berber musical instruments? Learning to speak arabic is enough but copying the arabic music, the arabic musical instrument is too much. Just sing in arabic and call yourselves arabs and stop playing with the berber quality you fucking shit 'br tv France'.
The berber language should be 100% berber no one arabic letter should be in it or not a smell of a single arabic letter should be in it.
The berber, formerly 'the native north african' before i got banned by the moderator.

To like an artist or not is not the problem, because tastes are not the same( Les gouts ne se discutent pas)! But what is provocating is the way to express that dislike. Insulting is a misrespect not to the artist or to the nation's art as a whole but to the person itself... If you (the berber) don't like Najat, It doesn't give you any right to come to insultes...
If you don't like her, it doesn't she must stop singing because there are others who like her voice and believe me she is loved by millions of morroccans and her voice is unique according to many foreign voice specialists.

Salaam,

I think you are enjoying yourself berber!

Why not start a revolution instead of just yelling? I'd love to see some berber tv. You could write some book sin berber as well, I think that Mrocco needs more books in berber by the sounds of it.
Then again, if you diverted your energies into these things, it would deprive us all terribly : )

Enjoy

I consider myself educated and stop there because this is not the place to boast about such things! I listen to all kinds of mUsic and some more than others. However, as much fun as you, THe berber, seem to draw from using big words, as much as I can see Najat A'tabo as a chosen target for your issue/problem regarding the use of arabic and berber in the art of singing! You shoose to see her as you describe her! I explain: You are very Angry at the radical change in the art of Singing, the berber one in particular. You want it kept pure and not " mixed', I like the word harmony, but this is not about me. Bref, What I gather from your last message is you don't want arabic and berber Art/Music to be performend as such, but rather a Distinct, pure Berber tihihit like songs!! but even tihihit sings in Arabic! I don't think you hate her as much! or do you? WHich leads me to my point! You don't hate Najat! you're angry at the whole arabic/ berber marriage peiod, and I can understand that and respect it, if you don't keep on trashing everything that's arabic! Najat is simply a target for your frustrations and anger. It's Ok to be angry! but don't extend that anger to Artists who might have fans, who might be educated, with a sharp taste in art.

Thank you.

salaam,
well said Yani, now while we're about it - can we sort out the Moroccan vs west (or postcolonial powers) issue?? If the berber is doing it, definitely so are a lot of other people, transferrign the internal conflicts and post colonial anger on to people, places, customs etc....seen as 'western'?

Thanks!

WOW

I never thought there is so much frustration out there.

take it easy the berber. you are shaming us "the berbers" as much as terrorists are shaming our religion.

Stop the hatred.

I listen to Najat aatabou and I am educated al-hamdoullah. I wish I had more time to waste ...
