There is a bogus email currently circulating which looks highly official and is allegedly from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC). The message gives your name and states that you are entitled to a tax rebate and invites you to click on the link to the official HMRC website for details of how to claim. Once on this web page, you are invited to give your credit card / account details so the rebate can be paid directly to you. This is a scam - it is not a genuine email from HMRC and sadly there is no tax rebate. Please could you share this message with the people you know.
