"I had my first taste of an Hamann (a public washing facility where one washes on the floor with ample volumes of hot water) and elected to splurge with a massage. Idar's massage was a cross between chiropractic session (taking some of my joints to places they had never before experienced), wash and a hard massage – all on the warm tiled floor of the Hamann – came out feeling pretty relieved"
