I need a HELP!!! I need a "acte de divorce" How I can get it? I was married at 2005, after 8 month divorce. Now i am not in France and i need a "acte de divorce" . Who knows, how and where i can get it with out coming to France? Thank you for help!
Well you can get this document from the lawyer who took care of your divorce. Since when are you officially divorced ? The case is now closed definitively ? if yes, then he must have the definitve Jugment and this is what you need. You don't have to go to france, he has to sent you a copy by mail not an emial coz you ll need the original.
