Luxurious 5 star resort in Dubai is looking for a Chef de Cuisine. You will be based in one of the hotel’s kitchen, preparing cuisine for its Mediterranean influenced all day dining buffet and a la carte restaurant. This is an ideal position for candidates with high profile international experience within luxury resorts or five star hotels, as well as a minimum of two years experience in a similar high volume restaurant. . Candidates must also be intimately familiar with traditional Moroccan Cuisine served in an upscale setting. You must be self driven and have a passion for culinary trends.
