While I was browsing the leading moroccan portal menara.ma, the employment tabs I was astonished to remark a growing number of inquiries which are discriminating (mostly upon gender)
Do we have any law against these practices ?
What about the Fair Employment Act, do we have anything similar back home ?

Same here in Europe in some cases, probably because a woman's salary is lower than a man's, never understood why. There was a E.U study that showed that for equal skills a man makes up to 20 % more than a woman. I doubt Morocco has reached the point of drafting discrimination laws, they're still busy consolidating basic rights, like having a job in the first place...
I do agree with Chelhman. Normally the jobs goes to the familly members or friends. At least its a step forward if they are anouncing the jobs.

Employment equality in Morocco, never existed and it shall never exist... wake up people! why do you you think so many people risk their lives crossing to Europe? because they can't find a job at home!
