75.16.لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِ

75.16. N'essaie pas , Prophète, de répéter sur-le-champ tout verset qui t'est révélé dans ton impatience de le retenir !

75.16 . Stir not thy tongue herewith to hasten it .

75.16. La tuharrik bihi lisanaka litaAAjala bihi

75.17.إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآنَهُ

75.17. C'est à Nous qu'il appartient de te l'apprendre et de t'en faciliter la lecture.

75.17 . Lo! upon Us ( resteth ) the putting together thereof and the reading thereof .

75.17. Inna AAalayna jamAAahu waqur-anahu

75.18.فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ

75.18. Au fur et à mesure que Nous l'énoncerons, suis-en la récitation

75.18 . And when We read it , follow thou the reading ;

75.18. Fa-itha qara/nahu faittabiAA qur-anahu

75.19.ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُ

75.19. et ce sera à Nous, ensuite, de t'en éclairer le sens !

75.19 . Then lo! upon Us ( resteth ) the explanation thereof .

75.19. Thumma inna AAalayna bayanahu

75.20.كَلَّا بَلْ تُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَةَ

75.20. Ah non ! Vous aimez plutôt la vie fugitive

75.20 . Nay , but ye do love the fleeting Now

75.20. Kalla bal tuhibboona alAAajilata
