27.41.قَالَ نَكِّرُوا لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنظُرْ أَتَهْتَدِي أَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ

27.41. Et il ajouta : «Rendez méconnaissable son trône. Nous verrons ainsi si elle va ou non le reconnaître.»

27.41 . He said : Disguise her throne for her that we may see whether she will go aright or be of those not rightly guided .

27.41. Qala nakkiroo laha AAarshaha nanthur atahtadee am takoonu mina allatheena la yahtadoona

27.42.فَلَمَّا جَاءتْ قِيلَ أَهَكَذَا عَرْشُكِ قَالَتْ كَأَنَّهُ هُوَ وَأُوتِينَا الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهَا وَكُنَّا مُسْلِمِينَ

27.42. Et lorsque la reine se présenta devant Salomon, on lui demanda : «Ton trône est-il ainsi?» – «On dirait que c'est lui», dit-elle. – «Le savoir nous a été donné avant elle , et nous étions déjà soumis», dit Salomon.

27.42 . So , when she came , it was said ( unto her ) : Is thy throne like this? She said : ( It is ) as though it were the very one . And ( Solomon said ) : We were given the knowledge before her and we had surrendered ( to Allah ) .

27.42. Falamma jaat qeela ahakatha AAarshuki qalat kaannahu huwa waooteena alAAilma min qabliha wakunna muslimeena

27.43.وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَت تَّعْبُدُ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِن قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ

27.43. C'est ce qu'elle adorait auparavant en dehors de Dieu qui l'avait empêchée de croire, car elle appartenait à un peuple de négateurs.

27.43 . And ( all ) that she was wont to worship instead of Allah hindered her , for she came of disbelieving folk .

27.43. Wasaddaha ma kanat taAAbudu min dooni Allahi innaha kanat min qawmin kafireena

27.44.قِيلَ لَهَا ادْخُلِي الصَّرْحَ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَن سَاقَيْهَا قَالَ إِنَّهُ صَرْحٌ مُّمَرَّدٌ مِّن قَوَارِيرَ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

27.44. «Entre dans ce palais», lui dit-on. Mais lorsqu'elle le vit, elle le prit pour une grande pièce d'eau et découvrit ses jambes pour ne pas se mouiller. Salomon lui dit alors : «C'est un palais dallé de cristal.» – «Seigneur, dit-elle, je me suis fait du tort à moi-même , et avec Salomon, je me soumets à Dieu, le Maître de l'Univers.»

27.44 . It was said unto her : Enter the hall . And when she saw it she deemed it a pool and bared her legs . ( Solomon ) said : Lo! it is a hall , made smooth , of glass . She said : My Lord! Lo! I have wronged myself , and I surrender with Solomon unto Allah , the Lord of the Worlds .

27.44. Qeela laha odkhulee alssarha falamma raat-hu hasibat-hu lujjatan wakashafat AAan saqayha qala innahu sarhun mumarradun min qawareera qalat rabbi innee thalamtu nafsee waaslamtu maAAa sulaymana lillahi rabbi alAAalameena

27.45.وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَى ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحاً أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ فَإِذَا هُمْ فَرِيقَانِ يَخْتَصِمُونَ

27.45. Nous avons envoyé aux Thamûd leur frère Sâlih pour les inviter à adorer Dieu. Mais ils se divisèrent en deux groupes antagonistes.

27.45 . And We verily sent until Thamud their brother Salih , saying : Worship Allah . And lo! they ( then ) became two parties quarrelling .

27.45. Walaqad arsalna ila thamooda akhahum salihan ani oAAbudoo Allaha fa-itha hum fareeqani yakhtasimoona
