20.116.وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَى

20.116. Lorsque Nous ordonnâmes aux anges de se prosterner devant Adam, ils se prosternèrent tous, sauf Satan qui s'y refusa.

20.116 . And when We said unto the angels : Fall prostrate before Adam , they fell prostrate ( all ) save Iblis ; he refused .

20.116. Wa-ith qulna lilmala-ikati osjudoo li-adama fasajadoo illa ibleesa aba

20.117.فَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ إِنَّ هَذَا عَدُوٌّ لَّكَ وَلِزَوْجِكَ فَلَا يُخْرِجَنَّكُمَا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَتَشْقَى

20.117. Nous dîmes alors : «Ô Adam ! Cet être est un ennemi pour toi et pour ton épouse. Prenez garde qu'il ne vous fasse chasser du Paradis, car ce serait un grand malheur pour toi.

20.117 . Therefor We said : O Adam! This is an enemy unto thee and unto thy wife , so let him not drive you both out of the Garden so that thou come to toil .

20.117. Faqulna ya adamu inna hatha AAaduwwun laka walizawjika fala yukhrijannakuma mina aljannati fatashqa

20.118.إِنَّ لَكَ أَلَّا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَعْرَى

20.118. Au Paradis, tu ne connaîtras ni la faim ni la nudité.

20.118 . It is ( vouchsafed ) unto thee that thou hungerest not therein nor art naked ,

20.118. Inna laka alla tajooAAa feeha wala taAAra

20.119.وَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضْحَى

20.119. Tu n'y souffriras ni de la soif ni de l'ardeur du soleil.»

20.119 . And thou thirstest not therein nor art exposed to the sun ' s heat .

20.119. Waannaka la tathmao feeha wala tadha

20.120.فَوَسْوَسَ إِلَيْهِ الشَّيْطَانُ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى شَجَرَةِ الْخُلْدِ وَمُلْكٍ لَّا يَبْلَى

20.120. Mais Satan le tenta en lui disant : «Ô Adam ! Veux-tu que je te montre l'arbre de l'immortalité et un royaume impérissable?»

20.120 . But the Devil whispered to him , saying : O Adam! Shall I show thee the tree of immortality and power that wasteth not away?

20.120. Fawaswasa ilayhi alshshaytanu qala ya adamu hal adulluka AAala shajarati alkhuldi wamulkin la yabla
