RABAT, Oct 4 (Reuters) - A small Swiss plane crashed on Tuesday in southern Morocco and its four Swiss passengers are missing, the airports authority ONDA said.
The plane crashed in the village of Ighrem in the southern Anti-Atlas mountains on its way from Marrakesh to Ouarzazate, two favourite spots for tourists.
"Four Swiss young people were aboard the plane. They apparently did not see the mountains as their aircraft was basic and they were piloting the plane using visual navigation." ONDA spokeswoman Nadia Benzakour said.
