42.6.وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَولِيَاء اللَّهُ حَفِيظٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ

42.6. Dieu est Témoin de ce que font ceux qui prennent des protecteurs en dehors de Lui, et tu n'es point le garant de leur salut.

42.6 . And as for those who choose protecting friends beside Him , Allah is Warden over them , and thou art in no wise a guardian over them .

42.6. Waallatheena ittakhathoo min doonihi awliyaa Allahu hafeethun AAalayhim wama anta AAalayhim biwakeelin

42.7.وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ قُرْآناً عَرَبِيّاً لِّتُنذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَى وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَتُنذِرَ يَوْمَ الْجَمْعِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَرِيقٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَفَرِيقٌ فِي السَّعِيرِ

42.7. Ainsi, Nous te révélons un Coran en langue arabe, afin que tu avertisses la ville métropole et les alentours, et que tu les préviennes du Jour inéluctable du Jugement dernier, où une partie des hommes ira au Paradis et une autre ira en Enfer.

42.7 . And thus we have inspired in thee a Lecture in Arabic , that thou mayest warn the mother town and those around it , and mayest warn of a day of assembling whereof there is no doubt . A host will be in the Garden , and a host of them in the Flame .

42.7. Wakathalika awhayna ilayka qur-anan AAarabiyyan litunthira omma alqura waman hawlaha watunthira yawma aljamAAi la rayba feehi fareequn fee aljannati wafareequn fee alssaAAeeri

42.8.وَلَوْ شَاء اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَهُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَكِن يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَاءُ فِي رَحْمَتِهِ وَالظَّالِمُونَ مَا لَهُم مِّن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

42.8. Si Dieu l'avait voulu, Il aurait fait des hommes une seule communauté. Mais Il admet au sein de Sa miséricorde qui Il veut, et les injustes n'auront ni secours ni protection.

42.8 . Had Allah willed , He could have made them one community , but Allah bringeth whom He will into His mercy . And the wrong doers have no friend nor helper .

42.8. Walaw shaa Allahu lajaAAalahum ommatan wahidatan walakin yudkhilu man yashao fee rahmatihi waalththalimoona ma lahum min waliyyin wala naseerin

42.9.أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاء فَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ وَهُوَ يُحْيِي المَوْتَى وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

42.9. Ont-ils donc pris d'autres maîtres en dehors de Dieu? C'est pourtant Dieu qui est le seul Patron, car c'est Lui qui rend la vie aux morts et qui est Tout-Puissant.

42.9 . Or have they chosen protecting friends besides Him? But Allah , He ( alone ) is the Protecting Friend . He quickeneth the dead , and He is Able to do all things .

42.9. Ami ittakhathoo min doonihi awliyaa faAllahu huwa alwaliyyu wahuwa yuhyee almawta wahuwa AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun

42.10.وَمَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِن شَيْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ

42.10. Toute divergence qui surgira entre vous devra être soumise au Jugement de Dieu. Tel est Dieu, mon Seigneur ! C'est en Lui que je place ma confiance et c'est à Lui que je reviens repentant.

42.10 . And in whatsoever ye differ , the verdict therein belongeth to Allah . Such is my Lord , in Whom I put my trust , and unto Whom I turn .

42.10. Wama ikhtalaftum feehi min shay-in fahukmuhu ila Allahi thalikumu Allahu rabbee AAalayhi tawakkaltu wa-ilayhi oneebu
