4.5.وَلاَ تُؤْتُواْ السُّفَهَاء أَمْوَالَكُمُ الَّتِي جَعَلَ اللّهُ لَكُمْ قِيَاماً وَارْزُقُوهُمْ فِيهَا وَاكْسُوهُمْ وَقُولُواْ لَهُمْ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوفاً

4.5. Ne confiez pas aux incapables la gestion des biens que Dieu vous a donnés pour subsister. Assurez-leur cependant, sur ces biens, de quoi vivre et s'habiller, et tenez-leur toujours un langage empreint de bienveillance et de bonté.

4.5 . Give not unto the foolish ( what is in ) your ( keeping of their ) wealth , which Allah hath given you to maintain ; but feed and clothe them from it , and speak kindly unto them .

4.5. Wala tu/too alssufahaa amwalakumu allatee jaAAala Allahu lakum qiyaman waorzuqoohum feeha waoksoohum waqooloo lahum qawlan maAAroofan

4.6.وَابْتَلُواْ الْيَتَامَى حَتَّىَ إِذَا بَلَغُواْ النِّكَاحَ فَإِنْ آنَسْتُم مِّنْهُمْ رُشْداً فَادْفَعُواْ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَلاَ تَأْكُلُوهَا إِسْرَافاً وَبِدَاراً أَن يَكْبَرُواْ وَمَن كَانَ غَنِيّاً فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ وَمَن كَانَ فَقِيراً فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فَأَشْهِدُواْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكَفَى بِاللّهِ حَسِيباً

4.6. Mettez à l'épreuve le degré de maturité des orphelins jusqu'à l'âge de la puberté , et si vous constatez qu'ils ont acquis un bon jugement, remettez-leur leur héritage. Gardez-vous de vous empresser de le dilapider, avant leur majorité. Si le tuteur est riche, qu'il s'abstienne de toucher aux biens de ses pupilles , et s'il est pauvre, il ne doit en user que de façon modérée. Au moment de remettre aux orphelins leurs biens, assurez-vous la présence de témoins, quoique Dieu, pour recevoir des comptes, suffise amplement.

4.6 . Prove orphans till they reach the marriageable age ; then , if ye find them of sound judgment , deliver over unto them their fortune ; and devour it not squandering and in haste lest they should grow up . Whoso ( of the guardians ) is rich , let him abstain generously ( from taking of the property of orphans ) ; and whoso is poor let him take thereof in reason ( for his guardianship ) . And when ye deliver up their fortune unto orphans , have ( the transaction ) witnessed in their presence . Allah sufficeth as a Reckoner .

4.6. Waibtaloo alyatama hatta itha balaghoo alnnikaha fa-in anastum minhum rushdan faidfaAAoo ilayhim amwalahum wala ta/kulooha israfan wabidaran an yakbaroo waman kana ghaniyyan falyastaAAfif waman kana faqeeran falya/kul bialmaAAroofi fa-itha dafaAAtum ilayhim amwalahum faashhidoo AAalayhim wakafa biAllahi haseeban

4.7.لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصيِبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَاء نَصِيبٌ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنْهُ أَوْ كَثُرَ نَصِيباً مَّفْرُوضاً

4.7. Il revient aux héritiers mâles une part dans l'héritage laissé par leurs ascendants ou leurs proches , de même qu'il revient aux femmes une part dans l'héritage laissé par leurs ascendants ou leurs proches. Et quelle que soit l'importance de la succession, cette quotité est une obligation.

4.7 . Unto the men ( of a family ) belongeth a share of that which parents and near kindred leave , and unto the women a share of that which parents and near kindred leave , whether it be little or much a legal share .

4.7. Lilrrijali naseebun mimma taraka alwalidani waal-aqraboona walilnnisa-i naseebun mimma taraka alwalidani waal-aqraboona mimma qalla minhu aw kathura naseeban mafroodan

4.8.وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُوْلُواْ الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُم مِّنْهُ وَقُولُواْ لَهُمْ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوفاً

4.8. Lorsque des proches non héritiers, des orphelins ou des nécessiteux sont présents au partage de l'héritage, on leur en offrira quelque chose et on leur adressera quelques paroles aimables.

4.8 . And when kinsfolk and orphans and the needy are present at the devision ( of the heritage ) , bestow on them therefrom and speak kindly unto them .

4.8. Wa-itha hadara alqismata oloo alqurba waalyatama waalmasakeenu faorzuqoohum minhu waqooloo lahum qawlan maAAroofan
