Ya ayyuha alrrasoolu la yahzunka allatheena yusariAAoona fee alkufri mina allatheena qaloo amanna bi-afwahihim walam tu/min quloobuhum wamina allatheena hadoo sammaAAoona lilkathibi sammaAAoona liqawmin akhareena lam ya/tooka yuharrifoona alkalima min baAAdi mawadiAAihi yaqooloona in ooteetum hatha fakhuthoohu wa-in lam tu/tawhu faihtharoo waman yuridi Allahu fitnatahu falan tamlika lahu mina Allahi shay-an ola-ika allatheena lam yuridi Allahu an yutahhira quloobahum lahum fee alddunya khizyun walahum fee al-akhirati AAathabun AAatheemun 5.41. Ô Prophète ! Ne t’afflige pas à cause de ceux qui courent à l’envi vers l’infidélité, tant parmi ceux qui proclament du bout des lèvres leur foi sans que le cœur y soit que parmi les juifs qui, friands de mensonges, prêtent une oreille complaisante aux discours de ceux qui ne viennent jamais écouter les tiens, qui s’emploient à altérer le sens des Écritures et disent aux leurs : «Si on vous propose telle idée, acceptez-la , sinon, soyez sur vos gardes !» En vérité, tu ne pourras rien pour sauver ceux que Dieu a décidé de mettre dans le désarroi et dont Il ne veut pas purifier les cœurs. Ceux-là seront couverts d’opprobre dans ce monde et subiront de terribles tourments dans la vie future. 5.41 . O Messenger! Let not them grieve thee who vie one with another in the race to disbelief , of such as say with their mouths : "We believe , " but their hearts believe not , and of the Jews : listeners for the sake of falsehood , listeners on behalf of other folk who come not unto thee , changing words from their context and saying : If this be given unto you , receive it but if this be not given unto you , then beware! He whom Allah doometh unto sin , thou ( by thine efforts ) wilt avail him naught against Allah . Those are they for whom the will of Allah is that He cleanse not their hearts . Theirs in the world will be ignominy , and in the Hereafter an awful doom ; ÓóãøóÇÚõæäó áöáúßóÐöÈö ÃóßøóÇáõæäó áöáÓøõÍúÊö ÝóÅöä ÌóÂÄõæßó ÝóÇÍúßõã Èóíúäóåõã Ãóæú ÃóÚúÑöÖú Úóäúåõãú æóÅöä ÊõÚúÑöÖú Úóäúåõãú Ýóáóä íóÖõÑøõæßó ÔóíúÆÇð æóÅöäú ÍóßóãúÊó ÝóÇÍúßõã Èóíúäóåõãú ÈöÇáúÞöÓúØö Åöäøó Çááøåó íõÍöÈøõ ÇáúãõÞúÓöØöíäó 5.42. SammaAAoona lilkathibi akkaloona lilssuhti fa-in jaooka faohkum baynahum aw aAArid AAanhum wa-in tuAArid AAanhum falan yadurrooka shay-an wa-in hakamta faohkum baynahum bialqisti inna Allaha yuhibbu almuqsiteena 5.42. Ils sont toujours friands de mensonges, toujours avides de gains illicites. S’ils s’adressent à toi pour arbitrer un différend, libre à toi d’en juger ou de t’en abstenir. Si tu t’abstiens d’intervenir, ils ne sauront te nuire en aucune manière , mais si tu les juges, fais-le en toute équité ! Dieu aime ceux qui sont équitables. 5.42 . Listeners for the sake of falsehood! Greedy for illicit gain! If then they have recourse unto thee ( Muhammad ) judge between them or disclaim jurisdiction . If thou disclaimest jurisdiction , then they cannot harm thee at all . But if thou judgest , judge between them with equity . Lo! Allah loveth the equitable . æóßóíúÝó íõÍóßøöãõæäóßó æóÚöäÏóåõãõ ÇáÊøóæúÑóÇÉõ ÝöíåóÇ Íõßúãõ Çááøåö Ëõãøó íóÊóæóáøóæúäó ãöä ÈóÚúÏö Ðóáößó æóãóÇ ÃõæúáóÜÆößó ÈöÇáúãõÄúãöäöíäó 5.43. Wakayfa yuhakkimoonaka waAAindahumu alttawratu feeha hukmu Allahi thumma yatawallawna min baAAdi thalika wama ola-ika bialmu/mineena 5.43. D’ailleurs, pourquoi te soumettraient-ils leurs différends alors qu’ils détiennent la Thora où sont réunies les sentences du Seigneur, si ce n’est pour récuser ensuite tout jugement quand il leur est défavorable? Ces gens-là n’ont rien de commun avec les croyants. 5.43 . How come they unto thee for judgment when they have the Torah , wherein Allah hath delivered judgment ( for them ) ? Yet even after that they turn away . Such ( folk ) are not believers . ÅöäøóÇ ÃóäÒóáúäóÇ ÇáÊøóæúÑóÇÉó ÝöíåóÇ åõÏðì æóäõæÑñ íóÍúßõãõ ÈöåóÇ ÇáäøóÈöíøõæäó ÇáøóÐöíäó ÃóÓúáóãõæÇú áöáøóÐöíäó åóÇÏõæÇú æóÇáÑøóÈøóÇäöíøõæäó æóÇáÃóÍúÈóÇÑõ ÈöãóÇ ÇÓúÊõÍúÝöÙõæÇú ãöä ßöÊóÇÈö Çááøåö æóßóÇäõæÇú Úóáóíúåö ÔõåóÏóÇÁ ÝóáÇó ÊóÎúÔóæõÇú ÇáäøóÇÓó æóÇÎúÔóæúäö æóáÇó ÊóÔúÊóÑõæÇú ÈöÂíóÇÊöí ËóãóäÇð ÞóáöíáÇð æóãóä áøóãú íóÍúßõã ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøåõ ÝóÃõæúáóÜÆößó åõãõ ÇáúßóÇÝöÑõæäó 5.44. Inna anzalna alttawrata feeha hudan wanoorun yahkumu biha alnnabiyyoona allatheena aslamoo lillatheena hadoo waalrrabbaniyyoona waal-ahbaru bima istuhfithoo min kitabi Allahi wakanoo AAalayhi shuhadaa fala takhshawoo alnnasa waikhshawni wala tashtaroo bi-ayatee thamanan qaleelan waman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faola-ika humu alkafiroona 5.44. En vérité, Nous avons révélé la Thora comme guide et comme lumière. Et c’est sur la base de ce Livre que les prophètes, soumis à la Volonté de Dieu, ainsi que les rabbins et les grands théologiens, en tant que gardiens et témoins de cette Écriture, devaient rendre la justice entre les juifs. Ne redoutez donc pas les hommes, mais redoutez-Moi ! Ne troquez pas Mes enseignements à vil prix ! Ceux qui ne jugent pas d’après ce que Dieu a révélé sont de véritables négateurs ! 5.44 . Lo! We did reveal the Torah , wherein is guidance and a light , by which the Prophets who surrendered ( unto Allah ) judged the Jews , and the rabbis and the priests ( judged ) by such of Allah ' s Scripture as they were bidden to observe , and thereunto were they witnesses . So fear not mankind , but fear Me . And barter not My revelations for a little gain . Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed : such are disbelievers . æóßóÊóÈúäóÇ Úóáóíúåöãú ÝöíåóÇ Ãóäøó ÇáäøóÝúÓó ÈöÇáäøóÝúÓö æóÇáúÚóíúäó ÈöÇáúÚóíúäö æóÇáÃóäÝó ÈöÇáÃóäÝö æóÇáÃõÐõäó ÈöÇáÃõÐõäö æóÇáÓøöäøó ÈöÇáÓøöäøö æóÇáúÌõÑõæÍó ÞöÕóÇÕñ Ýóãóä ÊóÕóÏøóÞó Èöåö Ýóåõæó ßóÝøóÇÑóÉñ áøóåõ æóãóä áøóãú íóÍúßõã ÈöãóÇ ÃäÒóáó Çááøåõ ÝóÃõæúáóÜÆößó åõãõ ÇáÙøóÇáöãõæäó 5.45. Wakatabna AAalayhim feeha anna alnnafsa bialnnafsi waalAAayna bialAAayni waal-anfa bial-anfi waalothuna bialothuni waalssinna bialssinni waaljurooha qisasun faman tasaddaqa bihi fahuwa kaffaratun lahu waman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faola-ika humu alththalimoona 5.45. Nous leur avons prescrit dans la Thora : vie pour vie, œil pour œil, nez pour nez, oreille pour oreille, dent pour dent. Quant aux blessures, elles tombent sous la loi du talion. Quiconque renonce par charité à ce droit obtiendra la rémission de ses péchés. Ceux qui ne jugent pas d’après ce que Dieu a révélé, ceux-là sont les injustes. 5.45 . And We prescribed for them therein : The life for the life , and the eye for the eye , and the nose for the nose , and the ear for the ear , and the tooth for the tooth , and for wounds retaliation . But whoso forgoeth it ( in the way of charity ) it shall be expiation for him . Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed : such are wrong doers . æóÞóÝøóíúäóÇ Úóáóì ÂËóÇÑöåöã ÈöÚóíÓóì ÇÈúäö ãóÑúíóãó ãõÕóÏøöÞÇð áøöãóÇ Èóíúäó íóÏóíúåö ãöäó ÇáÊøóæúÑóÇÉö æóÂÊóíúäóÇåõ ÇáÅöäÌöíáó Ýöíåö åõÏðì æóäõæÑñ æóãõÕóÏøöÞÇð áøöãóÇ Èóíúäó íóÏóíúåö ãöäó ÇáÊøóæúÑóÇÉö æóåõÏðì æóãóæúÚöÙóÉð áøöáúãõÊøóÞöíäó 5.46. Waqaffayna AAala atharihim biAAeesa ibni maryama musaddiqan lima bayna yadayhi mina alttawrati waataynahu al-injeela feehi hudan wanoorun wamusaddiqan lima bayna yadayhi mina alttawrati wahudan wamawAAithatan lilmuttaqeena 5.46. Nous envoyâmes, à leur suite, Jésus, fils de Marie, qui vint confirmer le contenu de la Thora précédemment révélée. Nous le dotâmes de l’Évangile qui est à la fois un guide et une lumière corroborant la Thora et servant en même temps de direction et d’exhortation pour ceux qui craignent le Seigneur. 5.46 . And We caused Jesus , son of Mary , to follow in their footsteps , confirming that which was ( revealed ) before him , and We bestowed on him the Gospel wherein is guidance and a light , confirming that which was ( revealed ) before it in the Torah a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off ( evil ) . æóáúíóÍúßõãú Ãóåúáõ ÇáÅöäÌöíáö ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøåõ Ýöíåö æóãóä áøóãú íóÍúßõã ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøåõ ÝóÃõæúáóÜÆößó åõãõ ÇáúÝóÇÓöÞõæäó 5.47. Walyahkum ahlu al-injeeli bima anzala Allahu feehi waman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faola-ika humu alfasiqoona 5.47. Que les gens de l’Évangile jugent donc d’après ce que Dieu y a révélé ! Ceux qui ne se conforment pas, dans leur jugement, à ce que Dieu a révélé, ceux-là sont des pervers. 5.47 . Let the People of the Gospel judge by that which Allah hath revealed therein . Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed ; such are evil livers . æóÃóäÒóáúäóÇ Åöáóíúßó ÇáúßöÊóÇÈó ÈöÇáúÍóÞøö ãõÕóÏøöÞÇð áøöãóÇ Èóíúäó íóÏóíúåö ãöäó ÇáúßöÊóÇÈö æóãõåóíúãöäÇð Úóáóíúåö ÝóÇÍúßõã Èóíúäóåõã ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøåõ æóáÇó ÊóÊøóÈöÚú ÃóåúæóÇÁåõãú ÚóãøóÇ ÌóÇÁßó ãöäó ÇáúÍóÞøö áößõáøò ÌóÚóáúäóÇ ãöäßõãú ÔöÑúÚóÉð æóãöäúåóÇÌÇð æóáóæú ÔóÇÁ Çááøåõ áóÌóÚóáóßõãú ÃõãøóÉð æóÇÍöÏóÉð æóáóÜßöä áøöíóÈúáõæóßõãú Ýöí ãóÇ ÂÊóÇßõã ÝóÇÓúÊóÈöÞõæÇ ÇáÎóíúÑóÇÊö Åöáóì Çááå ãóÑúÌöÚõßõãú ÌóãöíÚÇð ÝóíõäóÈøöÆõßõã ÈöãóÇ ßõäÊõãú Ýöíåö ÊóÎúÊóáöÝõæäó 5.48. Waanzalna ilayka alkitaba bialhaqqi musaddiqan lima bayna yadayhi mina alkitabi wamuhayminan AAalayhi faohkum baynahum bima anzala Allahu wala tattabiAA ahwaahum AAamma jaaka mina alhaqqi likullin jaAAalna minkum shirAAatan waminhajan walaw shaa Allahu lajaAAalakum ommatan wahidatan walakin liyabluwakum feema atakum faistabiqoo alkhayrati ila Allahi marjiAAukum jameeAAan fayunabbi-okum bima kuntum feehi takhtalifoona 5.48. À toi aussi Nous avons révélé le Coran, expression de la pure Vérité, qui est venu confirmer les Écritures antérieures et les préserver de toute altération. Juge donc entre eux d’après ce que Dieu t’a révélé. Ne suis pas leurs passions, loin de la Vérité qui t’est parvenue. À chacun de vous Nous avons tracé un itinéraire et établi une règle de conduite qui lui est propre. Et si Dieu l’avait voulu, Il aurait fait de vous une seule et même communauté , mais Il a voulu vous éprouver pour voir l’usage que chaque communauté ferait de ce qu’Il lui a donné. Rivalisez donc d’efforts dans l’accomplissement de bonnes œuvres, car c’est vers Dieu que vous ferez tous retour, et Il vous éclairera alors sur l’origine de vos disputes. 5.48 . And unto thee have We revealed the Scripture with the truth , confirming whatever Scripture was before it , and a watcher over it . So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed , and follow not their desires away from the truth which hath come unto thee . For each We have appointed a divine law and a traced out way . Had Allah willed He could have made you one community . But that He may try you by that which He hath given you ( He hath made you as ye are ) . So vie one with another in good works . Unto Allah ye will all return , and He will then inform you of that wherein ye differ . æóÃóäö ÇÍúßõã Èóíúäóåõã ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøåõ æóáÇó ÊóÊøóÈöÚú ÃóåúæóÇÁåõãú æóÇÍúÐóÑúåõãú Ãóä íóÝúÊöäõæßó Úóä ÈóÚúÖö ãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøåõ Åöáóíúßó ÝóÅöä ÊóæóáøóæúÇú ÝóÇÚúáóãú ÃóäøóãóÇ íõÑöíÏõ Çááøåõ Ãóä íõÕöíÈóåõã ÈöÈóÚúÖö ÐõäõæÈöåöãú æóÅöäøó ßóËöíÑÇð ãøöäó ÇáäøóÇÓö áóÝóÇÓöÞõæäó 5.49. Waani ohkum baynahum bima anzala Allahu wala tattabiAA ahwaahum waihtharhum an yaftinooka AAan baAAdi ma anzala Allahu ilayka fa-in tawallaw faiAAlam annama yureedu Allahu an yuseebahum bibaAAdi thunoobihim wa-inna katheeran mina alnnasi lafasiqoona 5.49. Juge donc entre eux d’après ce que Dieu t’a révélé, sans rien céder à leurs passions. Prends garde que leur influence ne t’écarte de certains commandements qui t’ont été révélés ! S’ils refusent ton jugement, c’est le signe, sache-le, que Dieu veut leur infliger la sanction de quelques-uns de leurs crimes, car beaucoup d’hommes sont pervers. 5.49 . So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed , and follow not their desires , but beware of them lest they seduce thee from some part of that which Allah hath revealed unto thee . And if they turn away , then know that Allah ' s will is to smite them for some sin of theirs . Lo! many of mankind are evil livers . ÃóÝóÍõßúãó ÇáúÌóÇåöáöíøóÉö íóÈúÛõæäó æóãóäú ÃóÍúÓóäõ ãöäó Çááøåö ÍõßúãÇð áøöÞóæúãò íõæÞöäõæäó 5.50. Afahukma aljahiliyyati yabghoona waman ahsanu mina Allahu hukman liqawmin yooqinoona 5.50. Regretteraient-ils les sentences rendues au temps de la période païenne? Mais qui donc est meilleur juge que Dieu pour un peuple qui a foi en Lui? 5.50 . Is it a judgment of the time of ( pagan ) ignorance that they are seeking? Who is better than Allah for judgment to a people who have certainty ( in their belief ) ? |
