Yooseekumu Allahu fee awladikum lilththakari mithlu haththi alonthayayni fa-in kunna nisaan fawqa ithnatayni falahunna thulutha ma taraka wa-in kanat wahidatan falaha alnnisfu wali-abawayhi likulli wahidin minhuma alssudusu mimma taraka in kana lahu waladun fa-in lam yakun lahu waladun wawarithahu abawahu fali-ommihi alththuluthu fa-in kana lahu ikhwatun fali-ommihi alssudusu min baAAdi wasiyyatin yoosee biha aw daynin abaokum waabnaokum la tadroona ayyuhum aqrabu lakum nafAAan fareedatan mina Allahi inna Allaha kana AAaleeman hakeeman 4.11. En ce qui concerne vos enfants, Dieu vous prescrit d’attribuer au garçon une part égale à celle de deux filles. S’il n’y a que des filles, et qu’elles soient au moins deux, il leur sera attribué les deux tiers de ce que laisse le défunt , mais s’il n’y en a qu’une seule, elle en prendra la moitié. Si le défunt laisse un enfant, les ascendants, père et mère, auront chacun un sixième de l’héritage. Mais s’il ne laisse pas d’enfant, et que ses père et mère soient ses seuls héritiers, la mère aura droit au tiers. S’il laisse des frères et des sœurs, sa mère aura le sixième, après que les legs et les dettes du défunt auront été acquittés. De vos ascendants ou de vos descendants, vous ne savez pas lesquels vous sont les plus dévoués. C’est là une obligation divine à observer. Dieu est Omniscient et Sage. 4.11 . Allah chargeth you concerning ( the provision for ) your children : to the male the equivalent of the portion of two females , and if there be women more than two , then theirs is two-thirds of the inheritance , and if there be one ( only ) then the half . And to his parents a sixth of the inheritance , if he have a son ; and if he have no son and his parents are his heirs , then to his mother appertaineth the third ; and if he have brethren , then to his mother appertaineth the sixth , after any legacy he may have bequeathed , or debt ( hath been paid ) . Your parents or your children : Ye know not which of them is nearer unto you in usefulness . It is an injunction from Allah . Lo! Walakum nisfu ma taraka azwajukum in lam yakun lahunna waladun fa-in kana lahunna waladun falakumu alrrubuAAu mimma tarakna min baAAdi wasiyyatin yooseena biha aw daynin walahunna alrrubuAAu mimma taraktum in lam yakun lakum waladun fa-in kana lakum waladun falahunna alththumunu mimma taraktum min baAAdi wasiyyatin toosoona biha aw daynin wa-in kana rajulun yoorathu kalalatan awi imraatun walahu akhun aw okhtun falikulli wahidin minhuma alssudusu fa-in kanoo akthara min thalika fahum shurakao fee alththuluthi min baAAdi wasiyyatin yoosa biha aw daynin ghayra mudarrin wasiyyatan mina Allahi waAllahu AAaleemun haleemun 4.12. La moitié de ce que laissent vos épouses vous revient, si elles n’ont pas d’enfants , mais si elles en laissent, vous n’aurez droit qu’au quart de ce qu’elles laissent, après que les legs et les dettes grevant la succession auront été acquittés. Vos épouses ont droit au quart de ce que vous laissez, si vous n’avez pas d’enfants , mais si vous en avez, elles n’auront droit qu’au huitième de ce que vous laissez, déduction faite de tout legs ou dette grevant la succession. Quand un homme ou une femme meurt sans laisser d’ascendants ou de descendants, à la survivance d’un demi-frère ou d’une demisœur d’une même mère, chacun de ces derniers aura droit à un sixième , mais s’ils sont plus nombreux, ils se répartiront le tiers de l’héritage, déduction faite de tout legs ou dette non préjudiciable aux héritiers. C’est ce que Dieu vous recommande, car Il est Omniscient et Plein de mansuétude. 4.12 . And unto you belongeth a half of that which your wives leave , if they have no child ; but if they have a child then unto you the fourth of that which they leave , after any legacy they may have bequeathed , or debt ( they may have contracted , hath been paid ) . And unto them belongeth the fourth of that which ye leave if ye have no child , but if ye have a child then the eighth of that which ye leave , after any legacy ye may have bequeathed , or debt ( ye may have contracted , hath been paid ) . And if a man or a woman have a distant heir ( having left neither parent nor child ) , and he ( or she ) have a brother or a sister ( only on the mother ' s side ) then to each of them twain ( the brother and the sister ) the sixth , and if they be more than two , then they shall be sharers in the third , after any legacy that may have been bequeathed or debt ( contracted ) not injuring ( the heirs by willing away more than a third of the heritage ) hath been paid . A commandment from Allah . Allah is knower , Indulgent . Êöáúßó ÍõÏõæÏõ Çááøåö æóãóä íõØöÚö Çááøåó æóÑóÓõæáóåõ íõÏúÎöáúåõ ÌóäøóÇÊò ÊóÌúÑöí ãöä ÊóÍúÊöåóÇ ÇáÃóäúåóÇÑõ ÎóÇáöÏöíäó ÝöíåóÇ æóÐóáößó ÇáúÝóæúÒõ ÇáúÚóÙöíãõ 4.13. Tilka hudoodu Allahi waman yutiAAi Allaha warasoolahu yudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtiha al-anharu khalideena feeha wathalika alfawzu alAAatheemu 4.13. Telles sont les limites fixées par Dieu. Tous ceux qui obéissent à Dieu et à Son Prophète seront accueillis dans des Jardins arrosés d’eaux vives où ils demeureront pour l’éternité, et ce sera pour eux la félicité suprême. 4.13 . These are the limits ( imposed by ) Allah . Whoso obeyeth Allah and His messenger , He will make him enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow , where such will dwell for ever . That will be the great success . æóãóä íóÚúÕö Çááøåó æóÑóÓõæáóåõ æóíóÊóÚóÏøó ÍõÏõæÏóåõ íõÏúÎöáúåõ äóÇÑÇð ÎóÇáöÏÇð ÝöíåóÇ æóáóåõ ÚóÐóÇÈñ ãøõåöíäñ 4.14. Waman yaAAsi Allaha warasoolahu wayataAAadda hudoodahu yudkhilhu naran khalidan feeha walahu AAathabun muheenun 4.14. Celui qui, en revanche, désobéit à Dieu et à Son Prophète et qui transgresse Ses lois, Dieu le précipitera dans l’Enfer pour l’éternité, où un supplice avilissant lui sera infligé. 4.14 . And whoso disobeyeth Allah and His messenger and transgresseth His limits , He will make him enter Fire , where such will dwell for ever ; his will be a shameful doom . æóÇááÇøóÊöí íóÃúÊöíäó ÇáúÝóÇÍöÔóÉó ãöä äøöÓóÂÆößõãú ÝóÇÓúÊóÔúåöÏõæÇú Úóáóíúåöäøó ÃóÑúÈóÚÉð ãøöäßõãú ÝóÅöä ÔóåöÏõæÇú ÝóÃóãúÓößõæåõäøó Ýöí ÇáúÈõíõæÊö ÍóÊøóìó íóÊóæóÝøóÇåõäøó ÇáúãóæúÊõ Ãóæú íóÌúÚóáó Çááøåõ áóåõäøó ÓóÈöíáÇð 4.15. Waallatee ya/teena alfahishata min nisa-ikum faistashhidoo AAalayhinna arbaAAatan minkum fa-in shahidoo faamsikoohunna fee albuyooti hatta yatawaffahunna almawtu aw yajAAala Allahu lahunna sabeelan 4.15. Celles de vos femmes qui se rendent coupables de perversité, requérez contre elles le témoignage de quatre d’entre vous. Si le témoignage est confirmatif, enfermez les coupables sous un toit jusqu’à ce que la mort vienne mettre fin à leur vie ou que Dieu leur offre une autre issue . 4.15 . As for those of your women who are guilty of lewdness , call to witness four of you against them . And if they testify ( to the truth of the allegation ) then confine them to the houses until death take them or ( until ) Allah appoint for them a way ( through new legislation ) . æóÇááøóÐóÇäó íóÃúÊöíóÇäöåóÇ ãöäßõãú ÝóÂÐõæåõãóÇ ÝóÅöä ÊóÇÈóÇ æóÃóÕúáóÍóÇ ÝóÃóÚúÑöÖõæÇú ÚóäúåõãóÇ Åöäøó Çááøåó ßóÇäó ÊóæøóÇÈÇð ÑøóÍöíãÇð 4.16. Waallathani ya/tiyaniha minkum faathoohuma fa-in taba waaslaha faaAAridoo AAanhuma inna Allaha kana tawwaban raheeman 4.16. Si deux individus parmi vous se livrent à la débauche, sévissez contre eux. S’ils se repentent et s’amendent, laissez-les en paix, car Dieu est Clément et Miséricordieux. 4.16 . And as for the two of you who are guilty thereof , punish them both . And if they repent and improve , then let them be . Lo! Allah is Relenting , Merciful . ÅöäøóãóÇ ÇáÊøóæúÈóÉõ Úóáóì Çááøåö áöáøóÐöíäó íóÚúãóáõæäó ÇáÓøõæóÁó ÈöÌóåóÇáóÉò Ëõãøó íóÊõæÈõæäó ãöä ÞóÑöíÈò ÝóÃõæúáóÜÆößó íóÊõæÈõ Çááøåõ Úóáóíúåöãú æóßóÇäó Çááøåõ ÚóáöíãÇð ÍóßöíãÇð 4.17. Innama alttawbatu AAala Allahi lillatheena yaAAmaloona alssoo-a bijahalatin thumma yatooboona min qareebin faola-ika yatoobu Allahu AAalayhim wakana Allahu AAaleeman hakeeman 4.17. Dieu pardonne seulement à ceux qui font le mal par ignorance et qui se repentent aussitôt. À ceux-là, Dieu accorde Son pardon, car Dieu est Omniscient et Sage. 4.17 . Forgiveness is only incumbent on Allah toward those who do evil in ignorance ( and ) then turn quickly ( in repentance ) to Allah . These are they toward whom Allah relenteth . Allah is ever Knower , Wise . æóáóíúÓóÊö ÇáÊøóæúÈóÉõ áöáøóÐöíäó íóÚúãóáõæäó ÇáÓøóíøöÆóÇÊö ÍóÊøóì ÅöÐóÇ ÍóÖóÑó ÃóÍóÏóåõãõ ÇáúãóæúÊõ ÞóÇáó Åöäøöí ÊõÈúÊõ ÇáÂäó æóáÇó ÇáøóÐöíäó íóãõæÊõæäó æóåõãú ßõÝøóÇÑñ ÃõæúáóÜÆößó ÃóÚúÊóÏúäóÇ áóåõãú ÚóÐóÇÈÇð ÃóáöíãÇð 4.18. Walaysati alttawbatu lillatheena yaAAmaloona alssayyi-ati hatta itha hadara ahadahumu almawtu qala innee tubtu al-ana wala allatheena yamootoona wahum kuffarun ola-ika aAAtadna lahum AAathaban aleeman 4.18. Mais aucun pardon ne sera accordé à ceux qui continuent inlassablement à pécher et qui, à l’approche de la mort, disent : «À présent, nous nous repentons !», ni à ceux qui meurent en état d’infidélité. À tous ceux-là seront réservées d’affreuses souffrances. 4.18 . The forgiveness is not for those who do ill deeds until , when death attendeth upon one of them , he saith : Lo! I repent now ; nor yet for those who die while they are disbelievers . For such We have prepared a painful doom . íóÇ ÃóíøõåóÇ ÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇú áÇó íóÍöáøõ áóßõãú Ãóä ÊóÑöËõæÇú ÇáäøöÓóÇÁ ßóÑúåÇð æóáÇó ÊóÚúÖõáõæåõäøó áöÊóÐúåóÈõæÇú ÈöÈóÚúÖö ãóÇ ÂÊóíúÊõãõæåõäøó ÅöáÇøó Ãóä íóÃúÊöíäó ÈöÝóÇÍöÔóÉò ãøõÈóíøöäóÉò æóÚóÇÔöÑõæåõäøó ÈöÇáúãóÚúÑõæÝö ÝóÅöä ßóÑöåúÊõãõæåõäøó ÝóÚóÓóì Ãóä ÊóßúÑóåõæÇú ÔóíúÆÇð æóíóÌúÚóáó Çááøåõ Ýöíåö ÎóíúÑÇð ßóËöíÑÇð 4.19. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo la yahillu lakum an tarithoo alnnisaa karhan wala taAAduloohunna litathhaboo bibaAAdi ma ataytumoohunna illa an ya/teena bifahishatin mubayyinatin waAAashiroohunna bialmaAAroofi fa-in karihtumoohunna faAAasa an takrahoo shay-an wayajAAala Allahu feehi khayran katheeran 4.19. Ô croyants ! Il ne vous est pas permis de vous attribuer des femmes par voie d’héritage contre leur gré . Ne les soumettez pas à des contraintes, dans le but de leur reprendre une partie de ce que vous leur avez donné, à moins qu’elles n’aient commis un adultère prouvé. Entretenez de bons rapports avec vos femmes , et si vous avez quelque aversion pour certaines d’entre elles, sachez que l’on peut avoir parfois de l’aversion pour une chose qui peut cependant être pour vous la source d’un grand bonheur. 4.19 . O ye who believe! It is not lawful for you forcibly to inherit the women ( of your deceased kinsmen ) , nor ( that ) ye should put constraint upon them that ye may take away a part of that which ye have given them , unless they be guilty of flagrant lewdness . But consort with them in kindness , for if ye hate them it may happen that ye hate a thing wherein Allah hath placed much good . æóÅöäú ÃóÑóÏÊøõãõ ÇÓúÊöÈúÏóÇáó ÒóæúÌò ãøóßóÇäó ÒóæúÌò æóÂÊóíúÊõãú ÅöÍúÏóÇåõäøó ÞöäØóÇÑÇð ÝóáÇó ÊóÃúÎõÐõæÇú ãöäúåõ ÔóíúÆÇð ÃóÊóÃúÎõÐõæäóåõ ÈõåúÊóÇäÇð æóÅöËúãÇð ãøõÈöíäÇð 4.20. Wa-in aradtumu istibdala zawjin makana zawjin waataytum ihdahunna qintaran fala ta/khuthoo minhu shay-an ata/khuthoonahu buhtanan wa-ithman mubeenan 4.20. Si vous voulez épouser une femme à la place d’une autre, et que vous ayez donné une dot d’un quintal d’or à celle que vous répudiez, il vous sera interdit d’en rien prélever, car ce serait une infamie flagrante et une injustice manifeste. 4.20 . And if ye wish to exchange one wife for another and ye have given unto one of them a sum of money ( however great ) , take nothing from it . Would ye take it by the way of calumny and open wrong? |
