Wala tankihoo almushrikati hatta yu/minna walaamatun mu/minatun khayrun min mushrikatin walaw aAAjabatkum wala tunkihoo almushrikeena hatta yu/minoo walaAAabdun mu/minun khayrun min mushrikin walaw aAAjabakum ola-ika yadAAoona ila alnnari waAllahu yadAAoo ila aljannati waalmaghfirati bi-ithnihi wayubayyinu ayatihi lilnnasi laAAallahum yatathakkaroona 2.221. N’épousez pas les femmes idolâtres tant qu’elles n’ont pas acquis la foi. Une esclave croyante est préférable à une idolâtre libre, même si celle-ci a l’avantage de vous plaire. Ne mariez pas vos filles aux idolâtres tant qu’ils n’ont pas acquis la foi. Un esclave croyant vaut mieux qu’un négateur libre, même si ce dernier a l’avantage de vous plaire, car les négateurs vous convient à l’Enfer, alors que Dieu, par un effet de Sa grâce, vous invite au Paradis et à l’absolution de vos péchés. Dieu explique avec clarté Ses versets aux hommes, afin de les amener à réfléchir. 2.221 . Wed not idolatresses till they believe ; for lo! a believing bondwoman is better than an idolatress though she please you ; and give not your daughters in marriage to idolaters till they believe , for lo! a believing slave is better than an idolater though he please you . These invite unto the Fire , and Allah inviteth unto the Garden , and unto forgiveness by His grace , and expoundeth thus His revelations to mankind that haply they may remember . æóíóÓúÃóáõæäóßó Úóäö ÇáúãóÍöíÖö Þõáú åõæó ÃóÐðì ÝóÇÚúÊóÒöáõæÇú ÇáäøöÓóÇÁ Ýöí ÇáúãóÍöíÖö æóáÇó ÊóÞúÑóÈõæåõäøó ÍóÊøóìó íóØúåõÑúäó ÝóÅöÐóÇ ÊóØóåøóÑúäó ÝóÃúÊõæåõäøó ãöäú ÍóíúËõ ÃóãóÑóßõãõ Çááøåõ Åöäøó Çááøåó íõÍöÈøõ ÇáÊøóæøóÇÈöíäó æóíõÍöÈøõ ÇáúãõÊóØóåøöÑöíäó 2.222. Wayas-aloonaka AAani almaheedi qul huwa athan faiAAtaziloo alnnisaa fee almaheedi wala taqraboohunna hatta yathurna fa-itha tatahharna fa/toohunna min haythu amarakumu Allahu inna Allaha yuhibbu alttawwabeena wayuhibbu almutatahhireena 2.222. Ils t’interrogeront aussi sur les menstrues. Réponds-leur : «La menstruation est une souillure. Tenez-vous à l’écart de vos femmes durant cette période , n’ayez point de rapports charnels avec elles tant qu’elles ne se sont pas purifiées. Mais une fois qu’elles sont en état de pureté, reprenez vos rapports avec elles, comme Dieu vous l’a prescrit.» Dieu aime ceux qui se repentent et ceux qui se purifient. 2.222 . They question thee ( O Muhammad ) concerning menstruation . Say : It is an illness , so let women alone at such time and go not in unto them till they are cleansed . And when they have purified themselves , then go in unto them as Allah hath enjoined upon you . Truly Allah loveth those who turn unto Him , and loveth those who have a care for cleanness . äöÓóÂÄõßõãú ÍóÑúËñ áøóßõãú ÝóÃúÊõæÇú ÍóÑúËóßõãú Ãóäøóì ÔöÆúÊõãú æóÞóÏøöãõæÇú áÃóäÝõÓößõãú æóÇÊøóÞõæÇú Çááøåó æóÇÚúáóãõæÇú Ãóäøóßõã ãøõáÇóÞõæåõ æóÈóÔøöÑö ÇáúãõÄúãöäöíäó 2.223. Nisaokum harthun lakum fa/too harthakum anna shi/tum waqaddimoo li-anfusikum waittaqoo Allaha waiAAlamoo annakum mulaqoohu wabashshiri almu/mineena 2.223. Vos femmes sont pour vous comme un champ de culture. Allez à vos champs comme vous l’entendez. Constituez-vous un capital de bonnes œuvres et craignez Dieu, en vous rappelant que vous aurez à Le rencontrer ! Annonce donc cette bonne nouvelle aux croyants ! 2.223 . Your women are a tilth for you ( to cultivate ) go to your tilth as ye will , and send ( good deeds ) before you for your souls , and fear Allah , and know that ye will ( one day ) meet Him . Give glad tidings to believers , ( O Muhammad ) . æóáÇó ÊóÌúÚóáõæÇú Çááøåó ÚõÑúÖóÉð áøöÃóíúãóÇäößõãú Ãóä ÊóÈóÑøõæÇú æóÊóÊøóÞõæÇú æóÊõÕúáöÍõæÇú Èóíúäó ÇáäøóÇÓö æóÇááøåõ ÓóãöíÚñ Úóáöíãñ 2.224. Wala tajAAaloo Allaha AAurdatan li-aymanikum an tabarroo watattaqoo watuslihoo bayna alnnasi waAllahu sameeAAun AAaleemun 2.224. Ne faites pas du Nom de Dieu, dans vos serments, un prétexte pour vous dispenser de faire le bien, d’être pieux ou d’établir la bonne entente entre les gens, alors que Dieu entend tout et sait tout. 2.224 . And make not Allah , by your oaths , a hindrance to your being righteous and observing your duty unto Him and making peace among mankind . Allah is Nearer , Knower . áÇøó íõÄóÇÎöÐõßõãõ Çááøåõ ÈöÇááøóÛúæö Ýöíó ÃóíúãóÇäößõãú æóáóßöä íõÄóÇÎöÐõßõã ÈöãóÇ ßóÓóÈóÊú ÞõáõæÈõßõãú æóÇááøåõ ÛóÝõæÑñ Íóáöíãñ 2.225. La yu-akhithukumu Allahu biallaghwi fee aymanikum walakin yu-akhithukum bima kasabat quloobukum waAllahu ghafoorun haleemun 2.225. Dieu vous tiendra rigueur non pas d’un serment que vous aurez prononcé à la légère, mais de celui que vous aurez proféré en toute conscience, car Dieu est Clément et Plein de mansuétude. 2.225 . Allah will not take you to task for that which unintentional in your oaths . But He will take you to task for that which your hearts have garnered . Allah is Forgiving , Clement . áøöáøóÐöíäó íõÄúáõæäó ãöä äøöÓóÂÆöåöãú ÊóÑóÈøõÕõ ÃóÑúÈóÚóÉö ÃóÔúåõÑò ÝóÅöäú ÝóÂÄõæÇ ÝóÅöäøó Çááøåó ÛóÝõæÑñ ÑøóÍöíãñ 2.226. Lillatheena yu/loona min nisa-ihim tarabbusu arbaAAati ashhurin fa-in faoo fa-inna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun 2.226. À ceux qui jurent de ne plus approcher leurs femmes, un délai d’attente de quatre mois est accordé. Those who forswear their wives must wait four months ; then , if they change their mind , lo! Allah is Forgiving , Merciful . æóÅöäú ÚóÒóãõæÇú ÇáØøóáÇóÞó ÝóÅöäøó Çááøåó ÓóãöíÚñ Úóáöíãñ 2.227. Wa-in AAazamoo alttalaqa fa-inna Allaha sameeAAun AAaleemun 2.227. Si, au contraire, le serment est maintenu, alors Dieu entend tout et sait tout. 2.227 . And if they decide upon divorce ( let them remember that ) Allah is Nearer , Knower . æóÇáúãõØóáøóÞóÇÊõ íóÊóÑóÈøóÕúäó ÈöÃóäÝõÓöåöäøó ËóáÇóËóÉó ÞõÑõæóÁò æóáÇó íóÍöáøõ áóåõäøó Ãóä íóßúÊõãúäó ãóÇ ÎóáóÞó Çááøåõ Ýöí ÃóÑúÍóÇãöåöäøó Åöä ßõäøó íõÄúãöäøó ÈöÇááøåö æóÇáúíóæúãö ÇáÂÎöÑö æóÈõÚõæáóÊõåõäøó ÃóÍóÞøõ ÈöÑóÏøöåöäøó Ýöí Ðóáößó Åöäú ÃóÑóÇÏõæÇú ÅöÕúáÇóÍÇð æóáóåõäøó ãöËúáõ ÇáøóÐöí Úóáóíúåöäøó ÈöÇáúãóÚúÑõæÝö æóáöáÑøöÌóÇáö Úóáóíúåöäøó ÏóÑóÌóÉñ æóÇááøåõ ÚóÒöíÒñ Íóßõíãñ 2.228. Waalmutallaqatu yatarabbasna bi-anfusihinna thalathata quroo-in wala yahillu lahunna an yaktumna ma khalaqa Allahu fee arhamihinna in kunna yu/minna biAllahi waalyawmi al-akhiri wabuAAoolatuhunna ahaqqu biraddihinna fee thalika in aradoo islahan walahunna mithlu allathee AAalayhinna bialmaAAroofi walilrrijali AAalayhinna darajatun waAllahu AAazeezun hakeemun 2.228. Les femmes divorcées sont tenues d’observer un délai d’attente de trois périodes menstruelles. Il leur est interdit de dissimuler les germes de maternité que Dieu a pu déposer en leur sein, pour peu qu’elles croient en Dieu et au Jour dernier. Durant cette attente, les maris ont un droit prioritaire à reprendre leurs épouses, s’ils désirent se réconcilier. Les épouses ont autant de droits que de devoirs qu’il faut respecter suivant le bon usage, bien qu’une certaine préséance reste acquise aux maris. Dieu est Puissant et Sage. 2.228 . Women who are divorced shall wait , keeping themselves apart , three ( monthly ) courses . And it is not lawful for them that they should conceal that which Allah hath created in their wombs if they are believers in Allah and the Last Day . And their husbands would do better to take them back in that case if they desire a reconciliation . And they ( women ) have rights similar to those ( of men ) over them in kindness , and men are a degree above them . Allah is Mighty , Wise . ÇáØøóáÇóÞõ ãóÑøóÊóÇäö ÝóÅöãúÓóÇßñ ÈöãóÚúÑõæÝò Ãóæú ÊóÓúÑöíÍñ ÈöÅöÍúÓóÇäò æóáÇó íóÍöáøõ áóßõãú Ãóä ÊóÃúÎõÐõæÇú ãöãøóÇ ÂÊóíúÊõãõæåõäøó ÔóíúÆÇð ÅöáÇøó Ãóä íóÎóÇÝóÇ ÃóáÇøó íõÞöíãóÇ ÍõÏõæÏó Çááøåö ÝóÅöäú ÎöÝúÊõãú ÃóáÇøó íõÞöíãóÇ ÍõÏõæÏó Çááøåö ÝóáÇó ÌõäóÇÍó ÚóáóíúåöãóÇ ÝöíãóÇ ÇÝúÊóÏóÊú Èöåö Êöáúßó ÍõÏõæÏõ Çááøåö ÝóáÇó ÊóÚúÊóÏõæåóÇ æóãóä íóÊóÚóÏøó ÍõÏõæÏó Çááøåö ÝóÃõæúáóÜÆößó åõãõ ÇáÙøóÇáöãõæäó 2.229. Alttalaqu marratani fa-imsakun bimaAAroofin aw tasreehun bi-ihsanin wala yahillu lakum an ta/khuthoo mimma ataytumoohunna shay-an illa an yakhafa alla yuqeema hudooda Allahi fa-in khiftum alla yuqeema hudooda Allahi fala junaha AAalayhima feema iftadat bihi tilka hudoodu Allahi fala taAAtadooha waman yataAAadda hudooda Allahi faola-ika humu alththalimoona 2.229. La répudiation ne peut être prononcée que deux fois. En cas de reprise : ou on garde sa femme et on la traite avec égards, ou on lui rend sa liberté sans lui causer aucun préjudice. Il n’est pas permis au mari de reprendre quoi que ce soit de la dot qu’il lui avait donnée, à moins que les deux conjoints ne craignent d’outrepasser les limites que Dieu a fixées en continuant à vivre ensemble. Si pareilles craintes existent, il n’y aura aucun inconvénient à ce que la femme rachète sa liberté au mari. Telles sont les limites établies par Dieu. Ne les transgressez pas, car c’est faire preuve d’injustice que de les transgresser. 2.229 . Divorce must be pronounced twice and then ( a woman ) must be retained in honor or released in kindness . And it is not lawful for you that ye take from women aught of that which ye have given them ; except ( in the case ) when both fear that they may not be able to keep within the limits ( imposed by ) Allah . And if ye fear that they may not be able to keep the limits of Allah , in that case it is no sin for either of them if the woman ransom herself . These are the limits ( imposed by ) Allah . Transgress them not . For whoso transgresseth Allah ' s limits : such are wrongdoers . ÝóÅöä ØóáøóÞóåóÇ ÝóáÇó ÊóÍöáøõ áóåõ ãöä ÈóÚúÏõ ÍóÊøóìó ÊóäßöÍó ÒóæúÌÇð ÛóíúÑóåõ ÝóÅöä ØóáøóÞóåóÇ ÝóáÇó ÌõäóÇÍó ÚóáóíúåöãóÇ Ãóä íóÊóÑóÇÌóÚóÇ Åöä ÙóäøóÇ Ãóä íõÞöíãóÇ ÍõÏõæÏó Çááøåö æóÊöáúßó ÍõÏõæÏõ Çááøåö íõÈóíøöäõåóÇ áöÞóæúãò íóÚúáóãõæäó 2.230. Fa-in tallaqaha fala tahillu lahu min baAAdu hatta tankiha zawjan ghayrahu fa-in tallaqaha fala junaha AAalayhima an yatarajaAAa in thanna an yuqeema hudooda Allahi watilka hudoodu Allahi yubayyinuha liqawmin yaAAlamoona 2.230. Si le mari répudie une troisième fois sa femme, il ne lui est plus permis de la reprendre que lorsqu’elle aura épousé un autre homme, et que ce dernier l’aura, à son tour, répudiée. C’est à cette condition que les anciens époux pourront, sans tomber dans le péché, se remarier, s’ils pensent pouvoir respecter les prescriptions divines. Telles sont les lois que Dieu décrète à l’usage des gens doués d’entendement. 2.230 . And if he hath divorced her ( the third time ) , then she is not lawful unto him thereafter until she hath wedded another husband . Then if he ( the other husband ) divorce her it is no sin for both of them that they come together again if they consider that they are able to observe the limits of Allah . These are the limits of Allah . He manifesteth them for people who have knowledge . |
