4.43 . O ye who believe! Draw not near unto prayer when ye are drunken , till ye know that which ye utter , nor when ye are polluted , save when journeying upon the road , till ye have bathed . And if ye be ill , or on a journey , or one of you cometh from the closet , or ye have touched women , and ye and not water , than go to high clean soil and rub your faces and your hands ( therewith ) . Lo! Allah is Benign , Forgiving .

4.43.يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّىَ تَعْلَمُواْ مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلاَ جُنُباً إِلاَّ عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّىَ تَغْتَسِلُواْ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاء أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّن الْغَآئِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاء فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيداً طَيِّباً فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوّاً غَفُوراً

4.43. Ô vous qui croyez ! Ne faites pas la salât lorsque vous êtes ivres , attendez que vous ayez retrouvé votre lucidité ! Ne la faites pas non plus lorsque vous êtes en état d'impureté , attendez que vous ayez fait vos grandes ablutions, à moins que vous ne soyez en voyage ! Si vous êtes malades ou en voyage, ou si vous venez de satisfaire vos besoins naturels, ou si vous avez approché une femme et que vous ne trouviez pas d'eau, utilisez alors de la terre propre pour vous en essuyer le visage et les mains, car Dieu est Indulgent et Miséricordieux.

4.43. O die ihr glaubt, nahet nicht dem Gebet, wenn ihr nicht bei Sinnen seid, bis ihr versteht, was ihr sprecht, noch im Zustande der Unreinheit - ausgenommen als Reisende unterwegs -, bis ihr gebadet habt. Und wenn ihr krank seid oder auf einer Reise (im Zustande der Unreinheit), oder einer von euch kommt vom Abtritt und wenn ihr Frauen berührt habt und findet kein Wasser, dann nehmt reinen Sand und reibt euch damit Gesicht und Hände. Wahrlich, Allah ist nachsichtig, allverzeihend.

4.43. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo la taqraboo alssalata waantum sukara hatta taAAlamoo ma taqooloona wala junuban illa AAabiree sabeelin hatta taghtasiloo wa-in kuntum marda aw AAala safarin aw jaa ahadun minkum mina algha-iti aw lamastumu alnnisaa falam tajidoo maan fatayammamoo saAAeedan tayyiban faimsahoo biwujoohikum waaydeekum inna Allaha kana AAafuwwan ghafooran

4.43. ¡Creyentes! No os acerquéis ebrios a la azalá. Esperad a que estéis en condiciones de saber lo que decís. No vayáis impuros -a no ser que estéis de viaje- hasta que os hayáis lavado. Y si estáis enfermos o de viaje, si viene uno de vosotros de hacer sus necesidades, o habéis tenido contacto con mujeres y no encontráis agua, recurrid a arena limpia y pasadla por el rostro y por las manos. Alá es perdonador, indulgente.

4.43. O voi che credete! Non accostaevi all'orazione se siete ebbri , finché non siate in grado di capire quello che dite, e neppure se siete in stato di impurità, finchè non abbiate fatto la lavanda (a meno che non siate in viaggio). Se siete malati o in viaggio, o se uscite da una latrina, o avete avuto rapporto con le donne e non trovate acqua, fate allora la lustrazione pulverale con terra pulita con cui sfregherete il viso e le mani . In verità Allah è indulgente, perdonatore.

4.43. O, gij die gelooft, komt niet tot het gebed als gij bedwelmd zijt, totdat gij weet wat gij zegt, noch, wanneer gii onrein zijt tot gij u hebt gebaad, tenzij gij onderweg zijt. En indien gij ziek zijt, of op reis, of een uwer van de afzondering komt, of gij hebt vrouwen aangeraakt en gij vindt geen water, neemt dan uw toevlucht tot zuivere aarde en veegt er uw gezicht en handen mee af. Waarlijk, Allah is Inschikkelijk, Vergevensgezind.
