4.176 . They ask thee for a pronouncement . Say : Allah hath pronounced for you concerning distant kindred . If a man die childless and he have a sister , hers is half the heritage , and he would have inherited from her had she died childless . And if there be two sisters , then theirs are two-thirds of the heritage , and if they be brethren , men and women , unto the male is the equivalent of the share of two females . Allah expoundeth unto you , so that ye err not . Allah is Knower of all things .

4.176.يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلاَلَةِ إِنِ امْرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَا إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهَا وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَتَا اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُمَا الثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَ وَإِن كَانُواْ إِخْوَةً رِّجَالاً وَنِسَاء فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنثَيَيْنِ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ لَكُمْ أَن تَضِلُّواْ وَاللّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

4.176. Ils te consultent sur les droits des collatéraux. Dis-leur : «Voici ce que Dieu prescrit au sujet des collatéraux. Si un homme décède sans postérité, ne laissant qu'une sœur, celle-ci aura la moitié de l'héritage. Si c'est elle qui décède, sans laisser d'enfants, son frère aura droit à tout l'héritage. Si le défunt sans postérité laisse deux sœurs, celles-ci auront droit aux deux tiers de la succession. Mais s'il laisse des frères et des sœurs, la part d'un mâle sera égale à celle de deux sœurs.» Dieu vous donne cette explication pour que vous ne tombiez pas dans l'erreur, car Dieu a connaissance de toute chose.

4.176. "Sie fragen dich um Belehrung. 4.176. Yastaftoonaka quli Allahu yufteekum fee alkalalati ini imruon halaka laysa lahu waladun walahu okhtun falaha nisfu ma taraka wahuwa yarithuha in lam yakun laha waladun fa-in kanata ithnatayni falahuma alththuluthani mimma taraka wa-in kanoo ikhwatan rijalan wanisaan falilththakari mithlu haththi alonthayayni yubayyinu Allahu lakum an tadilloo waAllahu bikulli shay-in AAaleemun

4.176. " Te piden tu parecer. Di: ""Alá os da el Suyo a propósito de los parientes colaterales. Si un hombre muere sin dejar hijos, pero sí una hermana, ésta heredará la mitad de lo que deja, y si ella muere sin dejar hijos, él heredará todo de ella. Si el difunto deja dos, éstas heredarán los dos tercios de lo que deje. Si tiene hermanos, varones y hembras, a cada varón le corresponderá tanto como a dos hembras juntas. Alá os aclara esto para que no os extraviéis. Alá es omnisciente"". "

4.176. "Ti chiederanno un parere. Di': ""A proposito del defunto che non lascia eredi, [né ascendenti né discendenti] Allah vi dice: Se qualcuno muore senza lasciare figli ma ha una sorella, ad essa toccherà la metà dell'eredità, mentre egli erediterebbe da lei tutto quanto se ella non avesse figli - se ci sono due sorelle, avranno i due terzi di quello che lascia, se ci sono due fratelli - maschi o femmine - al maschio la parte di due femmine "". Allah vi illumina affinché non erriate. Allah è l'Onnisciente."

4."176. Zij vragen om een uitspraak. Zeg: ""Allah geeft Zijn uitspraak betreffende ""Kalalah"": Indien een man sterft en geen kind achterlaat en hij heeft een zuster, dan moet zij de helft van hetgeen hij nalaat ontvangen en hij zal van haar erven (alles) indien zij geen kind heeft. Maar als er twee zusters zijn, dan moeten zij twee derde van hetgeen hij nalaat ontvangen. En als er meer zijn - zowel mannen als vrouwen - dan zal de man evenveel als het aandeel van twee vrouwen ontvangen. Allah legt u dit uit, opdat gij niet zult afdwalen, Allah heeft kennis van alle dingen."
